How do I place my order?

Step 1 : Click on the CATEGORY of your choice
Step 2 : Select PRODUCT of among the category
Step 3 : Click on “ADD TO CART” of the product
Step 4 : Click on “View your CART” in upperside and Go for “CHECKOUT” for process your order
Step 5 : Provide Billing and Shipping Address
Step 6 : Click on Pay with “PayUmoney” and “PLACE ORDER”
Step 7 : You will get a order confirmation email (If the payment has been made successfully)

Can I buy multiple products in single order?

Yes. Just add all the products you wish to buy into your shopping cart and then complete your order. This way you can save on any additional shipping and will get over maximum 7.5% discout on total amount.

Can I order a product that is “Out of Stock“?”

Unfortunately, products listed as “Out of Stock” are not available for sale. However, you can add the product to a wishlist and buy it as soon as it is available.

Is GST (Goods & Services Tax) included in the order?

Yes, all prices shown are GST inclusive

I want to modify my order?

Sorry, once the order is placed and it is confirmed, the order cannot be modified. You will have to place a new order.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation of the order is possible before the shipment. You can cancel or modify the order by call our customer care number before shipping.

Can I ship the products to an address that is different to my billing address?

Yes. You can do this by filling in your address as the “Billing address” and the address you wish to ship it to as the “Shipping address”

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once you place your order and make the payment, you will receive the confirmation message on the screen, also you will receive the email confirmation as well.

Do I have to have an account to place an order?

No, you can continue as a guest and make your shopping, after checkout, you will fill all the details need for your account and shipping. You can also check your previous orders that are pending, also able to cancel and refund if you may want so.

How can I track my order?

Once the product is dispatched for your order, you will get an SMS with the Tracking link and tracking ID also you can get details on your account after login. Using that you can track your order anytime online.

How does the delivery process work?

We shall deliver the parcel in next 24-48 hours after confirming the order (Excluding holidays). All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers or Indian Post to your shipping address.
